Expert Partnership Agreement
The terms governing participation, verification, services and responsibilities of FXDocket Verified Experts.
This Expert Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Fxdocket ( "Fxdocket", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the individual or business applying to become a verified trading expert ("Expert", "You", or "Your").
By submitting an application for verification, creating an Expert account, or providing services through Fxdocket, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Purpose
Fxdocket operates a training center that connects verified trading experts with individuals seeking financial market education and trading insights.
This Agreement governs the relationship between Fxdocket and each Expert featured on the Fxdocket website.
Eligibility
To qualify as a Fxdocket Verified Expert, You must:
Fxdocket reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
Verification Programme
Verification is granted only after You:
Verification is a privilege and may be suspended or withdrawn if You no longer meet Fxdocket's standards.
Expert Profile
Approved Experts may display:
You grant Fxdocket permission to publish this information on the Platform.
Services Provided by the Expert
Experts may provide:
Experts must not guarantee profits or promise specific investment outcomes.
Subscription Services
Experts determine their own subscription prices, but they are regulated and subject to any platform policies communicated by Fxdocket.
Followers subscribe to any of verified expert of choice.
Signal delivery and subscriber access are managed exclusively by followed expert.
Listing fee
Listing fee will be paid by the experts featured.
Expert will pay listing fee to Fxdocket.
The applicable listing fee will be communicated separately and may be updated from time to time.
Training Commission
Training experts are paid for the training carried out based on agreement with Fxdocket.
Payment
Payments to Experts are subject to:

Expert Responsibilities

By using the website, You grant Fxdocket a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and distribute your submitted profile information and service-related content for operating, promoting and improving the Fxdocket.
Disclaimer of Results

Experts shall keep confidential all non-public information relating to:
Data Protection
Experts shall process personal information obtained through the website only as authorised by Fxdocket and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Suspension
Fxdocket may suspend an Expert for reasons including but not limited to:
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with applicable notice requirements, subject to outstanding obligations.
Fxdocket may terminate immediately for material breaches of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fxdocket shall not be liable for:
Indemnity
The Expert agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fxdocket, its officers, employees and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:
Modifications
Fxdocket may update this Agreement from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws specified in Fxdocket's Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Disclaimer and other referenced policies, constitutes the entire agreement between Fxdocket and the Expert regarding participation on the website.
