No. FXDocket is not a broker. We do not hold client funds, offer financial advice, execute trades or provide brokerage services.
No. Trading financial markets involves significant risk, and no profits or investment returns are guaranteed.
FXDocket experts may provide services relating to Forex, Gold (XAUUSD), Silver, Cryptocurrencies, Indices, Commodities, Oil and other financial instruments.
Yes. Creating an FXDocket account is free. However, some services such as subscriptions or training may require payment.
Broker accounts are required because all trading activities occur directly with regulated partner brokers. FXDocket never holds your trading funds.
For Expert Verification, no. For followers, we recommend opening a new live account through FXDocket’s approved partner broker link because of its advantages. For following experts, the applicable broker requirements will be displayed during the onboarding process.

Yes. Subscription cancellation options are available from your dashboard. A subscription may only be cancelled after a subscription period expires.
Trading losses are the responsibility of the individual trader. FXDocket does not reimburse trading losses.
Visit the expert’s profile and click the Report Expert button. Provide details of your concern, and FXDocket will investigate in accordance with its complaint handling process.
No. Experts are verified through FXDocket’s quality assurance process, but future trading performance cannot be guaranteed.
Anyone aged 18 or older who successfully completes the FXDocket Verification Challenge and satisfies the platform’s quality assurance requirements.

- Receive followers through the platform.
- Offer signals and, where approved, training services.
- Earn from services rendered.
Yes, but subscription pricing is regulated. Experts choose their own subscription pricing, subject to any platform policies communicated by FXDocket.
Follower payments are processed through an approved FXDocket third-party platform. The platform automatically deducts the agreed commission and pays the remaining balance to the Expert according to the payment schedule.
Yes. Approved trainers may use educational programmes through the FXDocket LMS.
Yes. Verification may be suspended or revoked if an Expert:
- Violates platform rules.
- Receives substantiated complaints.
- Submits false information.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Fails to maintain professional standards.
No. Experts may not advertise their own broker or services through the platform.
Experts may submit educational content to FXDocket for approval while granting FXDocket the rights necessary to display and distribute that content on the platform in accordance with the Expert Agreement.
Payments are securely processed through the FXDocket-approved third party.
No. Subscriber and student payments are not made directly to Experts.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may vary by country.
FXDocket uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect user information and payment data.
No. Your trading funds remain with the chosen recommended partner broker. FXDocket does not manage client trading accounts or hold client deposits.
